My role is to help you translate strategy into culture, so people know not just what to do, but why it matters and how to execute it effectively. The work is pragmatic, grounded in systems thinking, and shaped by empathy. This isn’t about temporary behavior modification; it’s about lasting transformation built on evidence, intent, and actionable feedback.

Individual, personalized coaching

Through a discovery session, each selected participant goes through a rigorous mapping session to identify the desired outcomes and the blockers and mitigators for those results.

A coach of other coaches, I believe in the power of empathetic, servant-leadership. Each coaching session prepares organizational leaders to coach their own direct reports and shift from a Span of Control to a new Span of Care.
